I'm not sure if they do it in all states but I do know here in Indiana they have a program called B.A.B.E. where you get "checks"(much like WIC checks) at every appointment you go to while pregnant,and pedi appts after baby is born,and if you take birthing classes,etc... and you can take those checks into the B.A.B.E. store and use them to get diapers,wipes,strollers,cothes,etc...
